The Bar for dividing the pockets was shifted to the side, which led to the blocking of the air flow and blocked the passage of air into one of the pockets, as a result of the filter, increased pressure drop and filter replacement.

To separate the pockets, internal frames for each pocket are used, all internal frames of the same size, thanks to which the entrance to each of the filter pockets is of the same size.

The photo shows a fragment of the client's request with the clarification that partitions in the filter should in no case be made of wood, as wood breaks with air flow and winds pockets on the blades. The inner frames are made of 0.4 mm thick galvanized metal and are also rounded at the edges, which stiffens the frame of the pocket filter and does not cut the filter material.
In the pocket filter, a bar was used to hold the pocket , since the height of the pocket is more than 800 mm, the bar began to bend under the influence of the air flow, which caused a load on the adhesive and, as a result, the filter was torn off material from a metal frame. The inner frames fastened together by a clinch connection form an I-beam shape ][, and the inner frames are also clinched to the outer frame, thanks to this form, the filter design receives high rigidity and allows it to hold a large load.
The tail of the pocket is larger than the height of the frame of the filter, because of this, when rubbing against the surface of the vent installation the integrity of the seam is broken, and static electricity is also generated. The filter bags are tapered and do not come into contact with either the top or bottom of the air handling unit.
Pocket filter with filtration degree F5-F9 does not have separators to prevent pockets from swelling, because of this, the outer sides of adjacent pockets block the surface for air passage, which creates an additional pressure drop, for this reason the filters reach the final pressure drop 30-50% faster. Provided that the pocket filter has 6 pockets, then up to 80% of the filter may not work, such filters can be bought 10% cheaper and thrown into the trash 80% earlier. The filter pockets have separators to hold the material, which prevent the pocket from bloating. When air flows as freely as possible through the low resistance air filter pockets, the filter works better. This is achieved through perfectly tapered pockets and a sophisticated seam design and stitching technique. This bag design distributes air over the entire filter surface for maximum filter media utilization.
